Right from the initial meeting, I was put at ease by expat tax professionals. I thought my situation was going to be difficult and complicated, but they reassured me throughout the process that everything would be taken care of. The forms that you use to fill in for the tax returns are really useful and put the questions in words you understand. If I ever got confused about anything, I was able to ask questions via email and someone would respond to me in a prompt manner. The final stage of printing and signing everything was particularly good as I received only the documents I needed to send to the IRS, along with indications of which pages to sign. I highly recommend this service.

I'm an American who has lived in London, where I also own a company, for nearly 20 years and have always struggled with help on my US taxes by someone who understood my situation. By contrast I had been using a large, expensive, London based firm who last year couldn't get my taxes filed by the deadline despite having all the information from me by early February and who and charged me three times as much.
