I was switching my carrier service to T-Mobile and needed two new unlocked phones for my children. The Tech Bargains website posted the sale of Google's LG Nexus 5 for $199 each and I jumped on the opportunity to get them. The phones were delivered in about 3 business days, and were packaged perfectly. Upon reviewing the phones, they were factory new and still sealed. Expansys even mentioned that I could upgrade these to Android 6, and it only took about 30 minutes to do so. Great deal from a great company, and my kids will love these.

I specifically want to call out Matthew Calabrese and Eric Smith as they helped me from my first email until yesterday when I received a replacement phone. My husband and I purchased two Nokia 930's and several weeks ago, mine got a huge green spot on the screen that covered about 1/4 of the screen. When I contacted Matthew he was prompt and very professional, got all my purchase information and then put me in touch with customer service so I could return my phone for a warranty repair. I was contacted when my phone was with customer service by Eric, who told me there was a manufacturers problem and then kept me updated on the progress. Last week he said they were going to replace my phone and yesterday I received it. I've got everything loaded and I'm back up and working thanks to your amazing team. I HIGHLY recommend Expansys, not just because of the products they sell, but for their professionalism of standing behind their products when something goes wrong.
