They canceled my order without notifying me. I tried to call their customer service number during business hours, and it played a recording on loop telling me to use the "live chat" feature on their website. Said live chat does not exist. I then sent an email to their support team, who sent me a completely useless response. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a Samsung S2 8" tablet from Expansys USA and received one NOT for the US market -- it came with a big and unwieldy power plug for some other countries and they just supply you with an adapter that does not even work with the plug. I asked them why they shipped me the non-US standard product, their reply was that their products are sourced internationally. I pointed out to them that sourced internationally means that they buy their products through an international company, it does not mean that their products will not be compatible with the US standards. Besides many other nations also use the US outlet standards. They then insisted that if I want to return the product, it means that I changed my mind and that I was responsible for the return shipping. I then decided I would return the tablet and shipped it out to them on September 29th, 2015. After over 30 days shipping back the tablet, I finally received an email from them that they have credited my account with a 10% non-faulty restocking fee charge. Absolutely the worst company to do business with.

I thought that this was a reputable company. Was I wrong! I received a defective phone. I'm not upset about that. It happens. I'm upset because I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. There is a phone number on my invoice. Silly me. I called it. It just goes to a full voice mailbox. There is a message - it tells you to go to a non-existent support chat. I then tried another number under Contact Us. Ha! It doesn't go anywhere. It just takes you to the "Operator", then hangs up. I then tried to email. I was informed that they would TRY to reply within 24 business hours. Now that isn't one day, that would be two to three days depending on how many hours a day they are open. And that's not even for sure. They will try. Just how many RMAs do they have that it takes them that long to get back to you? And why won't they answer their phone? Are there that many angry customers yelling at them that they stopped answering the phone? Reputable businesses do not operate this way. They have several hundred dollars of my money and all I have is a broken phone. Take your credit card and RUN.

I was sent the wrong merchandise and you were unable to provide the correct items. It took a month for me to find out that I was to get a refund so that a month went by and I now have to find a new dealer.

The phone I bought was the Nokia Lumia 930 best phone i have ever had how ever all the phones that came from the factory had a wireless charger and a manual mine had none of these things but did have a space in the box for them i contacted Expansys USA and they said " well if you don't like it you can return it " I Emailed Nokia and they said all units left the factory with the missing items they even went as far as to say it was one of the big differences between the lumia 929 and 930 among other things of course the person on the phone at Expansys was rude and simply lacked care it did not say that it was not included or that i could or would need to buy that separate also they took my order it cleared my card and then i was sent an email saying it was on back order for weeks and again i got "well if you don't like it you can return it" i wont buy from them again which sucks because they had other stuff i wanted

Product out of stock, took weeks to ship. When I placed order, it showed In Stock so I paid for overnight delivery. Even though they shipped it overnight, it took weeks longer than expected, and OBVIOUSLY I never would have paid for Overnight. When I brought this to their attention, I was told "Too bad". No adjustment for shipping charges, nothing. BEWARE STAY AWAY. Update: If anyone needed any proof? See their reply below.

They sold me international version of nexus 6 in US. On return charged me restocking fee. Cheated me by not explicitly specifying in description just model number in desc..

The shipment was not delivered on time. I was expecting on Thursday (based on 9.95$ shipment charge for at max four day delivery). Instead received shipment on Monday. Even the fedex status was not updated for last three days. Company delayed shipment because of shipping address and credit card billing address was different. They should have put this check during check out and warn the customer that shipping address and billing address can not be different.
