I placed my order 29/07/23 and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer services, at first they replied very apologetic and said they have asked the courier to update me but I've still heard nothing. I have requested a full refund but now they aren't replying to my emails. Not happy!

AVOID, total scam, turned up 3 months later, not denim and 10 times larger than requested. I asked for copy of my order and return address, neither of which they would give me. They say as not faulty won’t let me return. They actually suggested if I was not happy with them to give to friend/family member! Going in rubbish bin, doubt if charity shops would take, ok for rags! Don’t even deserve the one star….

Ordered some DIY bracelets for my granddaughter for Christmas, first of all I was overcharged so check your bank statement, I straight away complained and this was refunded the next day ,the real down side is that they keep sending updated travel which you don't know is legit or not because they don't answer any questions you send ,finally today the goods have arrived after a long wait and I am pleased with them ,if you need anything in a hurry it won't work,

Ordered pull on denim joggers as advertised as the best - well let me tell you they ARE NOT. Took weeks and weeks to arrive (allegedly coming from Rockford, USA...... RUBBISH!) When I opened the package the most ghastly, horrid, cheap pair of enormous jeans fell out. I personally think they have been taken from a scarecrow in a field. They are hideous they are wide enough for two people, long enough for three people, Cheap, nasty cotton definitely not denim. I contacted customer service and they try to fob you off with its what you ordered, I can assure you that I did not order such a horrid item of clothing and rest assured I will not be ordering again. My advice if you are considering these DON'T DO IT JUST THROW YOU MONEY OUT OF THE WINDOW you will get more pleasure watching it float down the street. Absolute crap!

I ordered from here but hadn't seen the other reviews about the company that people had left. I ordered some jeans on 3 August 2023. I was informed they were in Birmingham in the UK on 30 August 2023 but didn't actually receive them until today, 3 October 2023. The quality of the products are good and I'm extremely happy and believe that they're value for money. If you need something to arrive pretty promptly then I would advise not to purchase from this company.

Absolute scammers. False tracking that constantly was being updated admittedly but was just a delay tactic in you realising you'd been scammed and AI chatbot service centre that goes round in circles.

SCAM take your money and don’t send the goods, customer service terrible kept telling me to keep my patient! 6 weeks and nothing delivered and couldn’t give me tracking number. Went to PayPal and they have refunded me but stay clear of this company

SCAM - ordered some trousers on 6th August and still not received. According to the tracker they arrived in Manchester UK on 6th September. I personally do not believe this to be the case. I was originally charged the wrong amount and was told it was an error, I did receive that money back. I have requested a refund via their useless customer support, that bit is being totally ignored as it is can only respond with automatic answers like blaming the delay on the weather! Thankfully it wasn’t a huge amount of money and is just one of those things. My advice, do not order from this company ever, learnt a valuable lesson. If I could give no star I would!
