I signed up for a trial with Expandi, hoping to test their monthly plan, but the product never worked as expected during the trial period. I canceled within the first 14 days, well before any billing for an annual plan should have occurred. Despite this, they charged me over $1,000 for an annual subscription without my consent. I reached out to their support team multiple times, asking for a refund, but they refused to return my money. The situation got so bad that I had to block them on my credit card to stop further charges. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I feel scammed. I strongly advise against using Expandi—do not give them your credit card information!

Awful platform. Constant issues with trying to send messages out. It seemed to constantly get blocked up. Add to this that it poses a real risk to your LinkedIn account, I do not recommend

This tool is amazing! Never used an automation tool before that is as good as Expandi!

Painful to use. Integrates with hyperise No clean way to test campaigns. If I wasn’t so far into building I would have gone a different direction.

don't buy this software. So slow you have to delete your cache every time you want to enter this website. And the have lots of bugs. Trash software. Don't wase your money.

Predatory "free trial" model.

The software showed that i didn't have any subscription but after 7 days they charged me 100$ and the customer support is ignoring me do not recommend this software there are a lot of better softwares

Totally trash. I can't even reach out to the campaign. When I click the campaign didn't show up. And customer support has no solution. I will cancel and never use it again for my clients. I'm an agency...
