Bad product, even worse customer service.

UK Customer, awful service, cannot get anyone competent to help. Find alternatives!

We used expandi for linkedin automation. Within one and a half month our account got restricted and linkedin said "The access to this account will remain restricted". Our account had 1400 connections. Now we can no longer access it, big loss after spending $99 per month.

Failing at so many fronts: UI/UX experience does not mean minimum standards, uploads and campaign creation task fail and there is no feedback that highlights the underlying issue just something went wrong. This meant being on the support chat constantly to get misleading and inconsistent information from the support team (one stating the limit as 5000 and next one 2000) some stating having these many contacts is the issue. That means you can't count on their system if you have a large set of contacts. The next issue is performance, pages taking minutes to load and not loading at at all time to time. It took 2 weeks to setup the Shared Campaign feature and once it was set up and ready to go issues with uploading contacts started to appear and we have just cancelled. I wouldn't use this system ever again and would suggest that you look for alternatives.

This software got me banned several times, couldn't get rid of it even after cancelling and specifically asking them to NEVER attempt any connect requests. A month later - surprise - your linkedin account was banned. As I start figuring out the reason for this - I find unsuccessful connection attempts from expandi that are burried in Spam. Not worth it - avoid. Proof attached in google reviews.

It works, barely. The performance of the site is really band and it's unusable on mobile devices. Avoid this one.
