Pros: The best part of this operation is the customer service. The leadership is clearly taking the feedback and customer experience seriously. I had a few interactions with their team and each time walked away impressed with how our team was treated. Thank you! In the software space, this is more and more rare. Your team and organization's investment is to be commended. Functionally, the system worked and helped us expand out presence. Cons: Onboarding was a little clunky but that was almost 18 months ago. I'm certain they have gotten a lot of that figured out since then. We ran into issues with messages getting marked as "read" without any interaction from my team so stuff was missed because the software's APIs overrode notifications. Eventually we changed out focus and left the LinkedIn strategy and abandoned this effort. That said, on the way out, their customer service was great. I would recommend Expandi get serious consideration from any team thinking about this solution for their operation. Thanks for the experience

I love that Expandi takes care of my outreach on LinkedIn. I'm not going for 5 stars only because their UI could be a bit more user friendly.

Quite useful tool overall, a bit too many changes in a short time. I had an issue with linkedin when thay banned the account for automation tools, but overall it worked ok expandi.

Great service sofar, customer support is also great. Everything resolved very fast.

Chat help has been very helpful but but there are some bugs that've taken a few weeks for the tech team to work through (still ongoing) that caused me to pause my campaign. There are also a lot of nuances the user needs to be aware of to avoid duplicative messages being sent.

Great Tool, good engagement with multiple new contacts, and brand awareness. Very satisfied, reaching to my KPIs as SDR. Highly recommended
