Dear Destiny, Thank you for your review and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand your frustration with the shipping delay and we would like to clarify a few things. Your order was placed on 3/24 after business hours on a Friday. As we do not process any orders on the weekends, your order was processed and shipped on the following Monday, which was 3/27. Please note that our free shipping option includes standard shipping, which typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. We also want to mention that an email notification was sent to you on 3/27 with the tracking information for your package. It is the customer's sole responsibility to monitor the tracking information for updates. Upon delivery on 4/4, another email was generated and sent to you, informing you of the delivery. We understand that the carrier's delayed updates to the tracking information caused confusion for you. Please note that carrier delays are out of our control. In most cases, we have seen with UPS that status is only updated once in their sorting facility and finalized data is updated upon delivery date. We are sorry that you did not receive your package in time for your trip. According to our records, your package was delivered on 4/4, which falls within the standard delivery time frame for our free shipping option. We hope that this clarifies any confusion and we would like to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We value your business and we would like to offer you a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further concerns. Best regards,
