YMMV, Contract's worth = People behind them, proceed with caution.
Based on my experience, Regenesis Equipment/Body Evolution did not meet the expectations established during the sale. The transaction involved equipment and a promised launch-related service. The launch event did not occur as expected kept getting pushed out month after month, and we later developed concerns that the equipment supplied may not have been new or conforming to what was represented. After the equipment was returned, the parties entered into a written refund agreement dated June 12, 2026, for $10,500. UPS records show delivery on June 19, 2026. A $5,125 partial refund was credited to my account on June 26, 2026, but the remaining $5,375 remained disputed. Resolving the matter required hundreds of communications and efforts through various commercial and legal channels, including a dispute through Cherry. Once dispute was initiated, they ceased to respond or acknowledge any messages. I have tried to work with them for 12+ months to get this issue resolved. In my experience, management decisions associated with Lisa Ryweck—whom I understand to hold a controlling interest in the related companies—placed frontline employees in an extremely difficult position when dealing with customers whose expectations were not met. The process also caused significant financial, operational, and administrative strain for our business. Thomas Neito the CEO, while polite, really has no financial authority to make any decisions, regardless of whether he agrees with the customer or not. So make sure you understand that any words promised can be questioned later and may lead to non-performance if there is a financial aspect in question. I’m glad that others may have had positive experiences, but mine was materially different. Chelsea and other employees were professional and courteous in my interactions with them, and I do not attribute these concerns to their efforts. My concerns relate to management oversight, the sales representations, fulfillment of the promised services, equipment condition, and the difficulty obtaining the remaining refund. Prospective buyers should confirm in writing whether equipment is new, exactly what services are included, the launch-event obligations, inspection deadlines, and refund procedures before making payment. Even having written and signed documents, does not guarantee performance or courtesy from this company based on my experience. Ultimately, they do not care about you or what you have paid them, or what they owe you. Net result: 1+ years to recover my money, and frustration beyond anyone can bear communicating with these people. Please reach out to me directly if you want feedback, receipts of my claims or any sort of help in vetting this company. Proceed with caution. Check with the King county Attorney general as they already have complaints registered with them from others. While the complaint itself is not public, you know what you need to know to make decisions.
