I needed some wheelchair gloves. They had a great selection and fair prices.

I went to a local outlet searching for male external condom catheters for my husband, They wanted to charge me over 200 dollars for a box. We use these items everyday so we need 365 for the year. I went on line and found that Express Medical Supply had the exact item that I needed for 50% less. My order arrived in about a week and I no longer need to pay my local shop double the price.

I found exactly the item I needed at a good price. It was back ordered, but only for a couple days...recieved order in under a week. I will return to Express Medical for this and other needs, and buy with confidence.

On my first order, I mistakenley asked for 4 boxes of (L)gloves. I explained that I needed 2 boxes of (M) gloves. Customer service exchanged them promptly. I felt they really "care" about the "buyer" being satisfied!

Just one small order--not much to go on, but everything went smoothly.

I ordered a compressor for a nebulizer to treat a life threatening condition. I paid $30 extra for 2 day delivery, which happened but it went downhill from there. When I opened the unit it was dirty and even the label was all smeared. When I called customer service I was told it was not a used unit and it was the manufacturer's responsibility and I need ed to call them. Even though I didn't buy it from the manufacturer I did call. They were surprised that ExMed wasn't taking responsibility and immediately call ExMed to try to help me. ExMed did finally step up and agreed to send a new unit, but I would have to pay for it again or wait until I returned the unit I had and wait again for them to process it and send a new one to me. Of course, needing treatment ASAP, I paid for another unit and returned the one I had the same day. The customer service rep assured me the new unit would be sent 2 day delivery since I had paid for that originally. Well, here it is 4 business days later and I still don't have the unit. Thank goodness my hospital was willing to loan me a compressor or more than a week later I would still not be getting the medication I need to avert the life threatening condition with which I have recently been diagnosed. If you want reliability, stay away from Express Medical.

The quality of the products are great! They're a good value and I know I can go back and be able to order when ever I need to and the same products will be there.
