Not Happy

Well , I ordered the latest order last week, it was shipped I was told on Monday, I had an episode that expired the last leg bag I had so I had to go to the local pharmaceutical business and pay more money for the stuff I have been waiting for from you, for a week. It`s Saturday at 2:00 pm and I still do not have my order delivered yet. Next time I think I`ll pass and find another way to get my medical equipment.Not happy at all...

We apologize that this package has not arrived. It appears that you placed your order in the evening Friday Feb 21. We were able to get the items packed and shipped no Monday morning Feb 24. I tracked the package this morning with the USPS system and they report that it is scheduled for delivery today Monday March 3. We at Express Medical Supply do not understand why this delivery has been delayed and we would normally expect that you would have received it within 4 business days (Friday Feb 28).
