I was disapointed by my local drug stoor they do not carry the nebulizer.. they have the drug that goes in it .. My doctor gave me 1 . told me to save money and but the compressor used off of ebay as I did but by skipping the local medical supply house this way they refused to sell me disposiable nebulizers to hold my medicen in while I take my treatments

I use ExMed since it's quick to reorder. I've had no real issues. except for the time it takes to get my supplies. Sometimes, it's two or three days, before the order leaves the store/warehouse. Add that to the 7-10 days shipping and it's an extra long time. I understand that I can choose a faster option for delivery. But... that should be for the shipping transit part of the order, not part of the time before shipping company receives the order.

On your last order it looks like you ordered Thursday 3-6-2014 and we estimated that you would have the items on Monday 3-10-2014. The FedEx tracking confirmed that your order was delivered at 11:14 AM on Monday 3-10-2014 at your address. Perhaps you experienced a delay on an earlier order. Please accept our apology if that is the case. We try to have product in stock and ready to ship but there are times when we are waiting on deliveries etc. We do try to keep customers informed of situations when there is an unexpected delay. the spirometer I ordered had the largest capacity with easy to understand instructions. I put it together in seconds and was exercising my lungs five minutes later. I found no defects. the price was far below what I was quoted at my local pharmacy. I'm very happy with the device.

Bought the kabooti padded seat for my hemorrhoid problems. Seat is very comfortable. I sit on it for 8-12 hrs a day 6 days a week driving heavy equipment. Relief at last. Ordered on Fri. Product arrived on Mon. Thanks. Will order again

I ordered a Invacare 95z rotation mattress and saved a few thousand dollars, but I had to set up the mattress by myself and Invacare instructions are minimal. Nothing tells you that you are not to put a sheet on the mattress because it causes heat build up in the mattress and then the patient to become very warm. My 100 yr. old patient would wake up in the night screaming to take her blanket and pajamas off because she was so hot. I called Invacare and they informed me that sheets and pj bottoms are not be used. I complained about the lack of instructions and they informed me that they always send a technician to your home to show you how to properly set up and use the mattress most effectively for the patient. So no help from EMED

Lareine, We do not sell the Invacare 95Z rotation mattress. Our recoreds indicate that the only thing you bought from us is the Sage Toothette Oral Swab. You might want to check you records and contact the company you got the mattress from. Bill Nahm Express Medical Supply

I have been exceptionally satisfied when doing business with EXMED.
