I started on Medicare this past year and they will not reimburse me for ostomy supplies for a number of reasons relating to provider numbers and billing. (Can't find the letter denying my claim!) Do you make any exceptions for working with Medicare? If they paid you I have no problem with it showing up as some type of credit on my account. As big as Las Vegas is there is really no place to purchase supplies at anywhere near your prices, and they want money up front anyway, Thanks for listening.

Gail, We don't have a Medicare number so they will not let us bill them. You might try calling Duke Medical Supply at 888-678-6692. They deal with Medicare all the time and if anyone can get Medicare to pay for the supplies, they can. http://www.dukemedicalsupply.com/ Take care
