Excellent Service. Quality Merchandise. Great Prices

A great company to do business with and for medical supplies you can't find anywhere else. They are such helpful and polite people. The orders come within 2 days, too!

Not all items sent and item sent we're not as described.
Order arrived. Quickly bit not with all purchased items. Never resolved. Items sent were not as pictured and cost overall far more than stores.

Donna Please accept our apology for not having addressed or resolved your concern if you brought same to our attention. I see that you ordered 3 items and a free catalog last week 5-15-2014 on the web site but another order was called in on the 16th.. I see no report that indicates that there was confusion with the items ordered either time. Did you call customer service or send a follow up e-mail ? Please let us know which items ordered did you find were not consistent with the images we had posted on our web site and lets us know what Items you purchased but did not receive. Please call our customer Service (1-800-633-2139) and we will work to replace and or return any items that are still a disappointment and we certainly want to clear up any missing items from your order. Excellent service, fast shipping
Excellent service and very prompt shipper. Would recommend without reservation. Only wish the shipping charges would be reviewed and possibly made more reasonable especially on smaller orders. Cannot always order almost $100 of supplies to get the free shipping

Fast back-order processing and shipping!
Order entry screen needs stock status, email shipped status when shipped - received ship email morning of delivery. Was about to call re: back-order. Otherwise highly efficient.
