The only thing I have to say is that your shipping charges are outrageous. Since there are very few medical supply stores around in my area the only way I can purchase the items I need is through the internet and obviously you realize that so that is why you can get rip me off in shipping charges. My item weighed 2 ounces and cost $18 and the shipping charges were almost $10.

We proudly offer Free Shipping for customers who make volume purchases at or above $95 and do not try to make money on shipments of the lesser amounts. I bought two asthma inhaler "spacers" or "chambers" that go between an inhaler and your mouth, to distribute the medication optimally. The fulfillment service was flawless. One brand of chamber, Monaghan, had instructions enclosed within the factory wrapping of the device. Another did not. I paid about 1/4 what my neighbor paid for his device from a major drugstore chain. I returned a week later to buy a small "flutter device" that helps in clearing mucus from the lungs, and Express Medical Supply did not have any for sale.

The EX Med team is prompt aand reasonably priced. Wht has impressed me the most reagarding their service is how instructional they have been for me. This has involved help in my choosing a proper and effective urinary catheter as well as a variety of tapes that I use. I find the various 3M tapes very useful, i.e. micro pore, micro foam, and various other tapes I have purchased. I am 79 years old an plan to stick with them as long as Ineed such care.
