I am new at this and when I purchased this.item I was looking for the pull up diapers. So when the package arrived I opened it immediately. And to my surprise it was not. what I expected. I called your company for a return and I was told that your company could not accept it because it had been open. How was. I suppose to see them. Now I am stock with a merchandise I can't use. Do you have a solution?

Isabel, I apologize that you had a problem with your order and I am sorry you did not intend to order the diapers with tabs. If the package is open, then unfortunately, I am very sorry but we can not accept returns due to hygienic concerns.
