I found that express medical has the least expensive products that I have found on line. My son requires betadine for intermittent catheterization. Express Medical has the best quality for less. Very please with Express Medical.

I am having in dwelling Foley catheter waiting for laser operation. I am waiting so long (over two months) to get is done with outlook at least for 4 to 6 more weeks. So last night I remove my self the Foley in order to try void by my self as before and it felt good first few hours but retention slowly build up back again. So after first sign of tenderness in the kidney I pullout Speedicath® which came in sterile solution and using Povidone-lodine swab sticks with sterile gloves with ease I “drain” my self. I am 62 but very physically active and my “water” output daily fluctuates between 3.5 liters and 5.5 litters and my retention rate per hour despite voiding is so high I would need to do it at least 4 times daily. The night when I have over two litters within 7 hours would require probably at least one extra relive. But even that could be overcome with thorough planning. I would recommend this product!
