website needs a little work. It's a little confusing when you order.

It's my first purchase and it's done online in the overseas. I asked Expres Mdeical Supply (EMS) to deliver my order to a friend who was travelling in the States. As suggested, my order would take 3-5 working days, and it finally took 4 days to reach the hotel my friend stayed. During the whole course I received emails which updated me on the various stages of delivery. I find the service is prompt and reliable. If they can lower the minium purchase amount, it would be nice though. I would recommend EMS to other shoppers.

The quick service from this company was so appreciated. We had searched the net for the product my doctor wanted me to use during the day. I have swollen feet by evening and can't use compression socks, so he tried compression wraps. The type he used is not available in large drugstores and the type we were getting were not helpful. Discovering this site on the net had just the right kind of wrap and at a reasonable price. They provided this service in record time.

Well, you see I ordered two of these ostomy pouch support bands from this place called Express Medical. They shipped them really fast and the packaging was very protective, neat, tidy, and the clear and concise invoice included made me know immediately that I was getting just what I ordered. I threw the box and packing materials in the recycle bin and there was this strange dog in my yard. I ran him off and called the animal control officer. So then I went inside and took a nap and put on one of my new support bands and it is very comfortable, you know. If you had an ostomy you would want one of these. Maybe you could get an ostomy just so you could see what I am talking about in regard to how comfortable these are. So, you wanna go have some lunch, my friend?
