I looked up the site to order the pads for the tens that our son gave us for Christmas. My husband had hurt his shoulder this fall and we started to use the tens. my goodness it helped so much, so I was in need of more pads. This is the second Roho cushion cover I gotten from you and both didn't even last 6 months, just put it on today and already starting to come apart. I paid close to 50.00 each at least they would hold up a few months, are these factory seconds?
