I ordered a cushion cover for my roho high profile and I had it the next day. fast delievery, but they sent me the wrong cover, it said it was for 8 across by 9 across,but it was way to small,i threw the package away cause I thought I didn't need it, but when I talked to the lady at express medical she told me I had to have the package it came in, so I guess it was my fault for throwing away the package instead of keeping it. it said it was for my cushion but it wasn't, its too small. so not real happy with express,spent 50.00 for something I cant even use.

placed my order on line, received email notification or my order and shipment and received the shipment in a few days. Awesome!

I've placed an order twice and both times received the orders quickly. When I'm looking for something specific, Express Medical has it in stock. I will continue to use them for medical supplies.
