This was our first time using this site. Found what we needed and altho the shipping rate was high, the product came within two days so it was worth it. Unfortunately, our order was not quite filled correctly but a quick call to a lovely service representation got us the correct order within a day. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will continue to use EXPRESS.

This was my first order with Express Medical and when I realized I had ordered the 2 wrong items they were very helpful in getting the correct item and explained how to return the unwanted items for a refund. I am pleased with the quality of what was received.
