straight forward and competent.
Every few years, I purchase tape from Express Med, so as to wrap my pinkies before playing basketball. The ordering is easy, I get what i ordered, and it arrives as promised. The way it should be. Thanks

I am pleased with the service I received.
The shipment was delivered very quickly. I was able to track it on the USPS website so knew when it arrived at our local post office, and consequently was not surprised when the mail man delivered it later that morning. Good job over a holiday weekend. Thanks.l

Well...Excellent says it all.

Have not received entire order
The most important item that I ordered (the bath chair) has not been delivered. there have not been emails to inform me why and if it's been backordered or what. Not happy.

Susan We apologize for the delay in shipment of the shower seat. This is an unusual event in that the chair you ordered is normally available and drop ships Directly from "Drive Medical" (one of our distributor supply warehouses). Unfortunately Drive notified us that the item would not be available to ship until 6-8-2015. We did provide you with a note to this effect on the receipt included with the other ordered item. Very quick and reliable
I needed to order some medical appliances whilst on vacation in the US, and Exmed got the items to me as required in the time specified. The ordering process was clear and easy to use but it would have been really helpful if I'd been able to pay with my overseas credit card. Unfortunately this wasn't possible so I had to call on a relative to help out - but apart from this I was very happy with the service.

I would buy from you again.
Delivery was fast. Faster than I expected. The items were priced OK. If I have a complaint is that the intructions on the leg band were not enough. I had to figure a way to do it. This is why I gave just 4 stars.
