These samples arrived tossed in a box, VERY unsanitary. I'd like my $8.45 back.

Ricki, We are sorry to hear that these samples did not meet your expectations. Our warehouse staff manually make the sample kits of different manufacturers products and styles of for the benefit of our customers. Our sample kits are made up by size to assist customers in selecting the best product that they feel will best meet their own needs. After selecting the product the customer then can purchase the correct product that comes in the plastic sealed bags and or in case quantities of multiple bags. The samples are to serve as a convenient aid in the selection process and we believe the sample packs are a good way to help. VERY POOR QUALITY
This product is made in China, that says it all. Size chart is inaccurate (product size runs small). Good design but VERY poor quality. I will wind up needing to replace it with a better quality product when it falls apart in a very short time. Don't waste your hard earned money
