Express Medical beats the prices of other competitors, I've rarely ever had a back order AND they ship fast! I take advantage of the free ground shipping... and it still gets here fast!

Less than happy
I just had surgery on hand and could not find the tape used by doctor. Tape I could get at pharmacy didn't stay on. Found it at Express, along with other things I needed to tend to wound, and the prices were good. But, even though when I ordered, item was in supply, I was notified that some was backordered, and Express decided not to ship the rest, some 10 items to wait for 2 items. I had to call. Now its been a week +, just had stitches taken out and I no longer need the items, and they still haven't arrived. My printer ink supplier can get it to me in 3 days and doesn't charge me anything. What gives. Is it coming from China?

Fantastic service and product.
I had a truly great experience! I have dealt with other medical supplies companies so I know how long things can take. These came so far ahead of what I expected! Even though some items had be back ordered they came far ahead of the original estimate. The products were excellent quality. I'm thoroughly pleased with the experience. This is my new go-to medical supplies companies. I highly recommend it and I'm fairly hard to please.

Fast & accurate service.
I needed some medical supplies quickly. I ordered them & received them quickly. My only small complaint would be that each tiny piece (all 25) were individually wrapped. Definitely way too much plastic & completely unnecessary.

Speedy Service
I didn't choose the high priced express service due to the cost for a $4.95 component. I used your standard delivery. A tracking message appeared in an email less than 2 days later that the package was delivered to my mailbox at 10:32 AM. It was 11:15 AM when I checked my email. I went out to my mailbox and there was your package!!! Wow, good job.
