I made a mistake and ordered from this company when I could have gotten my product for much less. However, I will say that they were very prompt with delivery and it was well packaged.

Ordered some pinnacle powerstep insoles more than 10 days ago...still not shipped and no word other than a notice the day AFTER I placed my order they were "back-ordered" and should be shipped in 5 business days...guess what...still no word. Don't order from these people unless you don't care when or if your order gets shipped.

This was the junkiest thing I have seen in a long time it is made poorly and not worth any amount of money. Do not buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service has been very prompt accurate. However, I think they should notify the customer when making a product change or substitution instead of including it in the order. Thank you
