I wouldn't buy there again
The sizing of one item was confusing on the website, so I called and asked about it to clarify. Staff was friendly enough, and assured me that the size was correct. But when I got the item, it was WAY too small...not even close. For this to happen after I called them to discuss sizing is unacceptable. Beyond that, it took 36 hours for the item to ship, which is too long these days. I had ordered 3 items, and when they arrived, the shipper had opened one of the item boxes and stuffed the other 2 items inside it. Unprofessional and I am not comfortable with that, especially in the context of medical supplies.

Thanks for your note. We are very sorry for the confusion and for not meeting your expectations. I will send you a replacement fabric product in size Medium. Please let us know if the medium does not work and we will send the next larger size. The web description and information for the above item is confusing and, more importantly,is not correct. We are working now on getting the accurate information and updating our web site product listing.. The Manufacturer for this product has recently changed hands and it is our belief that the sizes have also been altered. The packing of the items you ordered should not have been shipped all in the same HOL18374 box. I assure you this is not our standard approach to product shipment. We do have some new staff and this highlights our need to revisit our instructions for how to best prepare and present products for shipment. Quick & Easy
I found the website easy to navigate and the items were shipped quickly. My only complaint is no option to use a credit card once, they insist on saving it with your account information. With the number of security breaches these days I don't like leaving my credit card information anywhere online. It was easy enough to delete once my order was placed.

Hi David, I just wanted to let you know that for security reasons no credit card information is saved with your account. That is why there is no one time option available. The data is immediately passed to the credit card processor and the only information that we ever have access to is the type, (MC, Visa, etc...) and the last 4 digits. If you decide to place another order with us you will always have to enter all your card information again.
