Ordered a pair of compression stockings and then received an email a day later saying that they were not in stock and would be pit on back order. I needed those ASAP. If they didn't have them in stock, it should be listed on the site as "Out of Stock" or not listed at all.

Samantha, We are sorry we did not have the item you ordered available to ship when your order was processed. Your order did ship on Friday and is scheduled to be delivered to you today via US Mail. We do try to have what our customers need in stock, when they need it. Should that ever occur in the future please feel free to call our customer service staff, they may be able to suggest a substitute, drop ship your order or they will be happy to cancel your order if they can not be of service.
