I do think some of the items need more information... I ordered some medicine holders and the size they gave was not the right size for the inside holders themselves..... most of the things I got was great..... I wish there was more sizes on the syringes, I use them to feed my dog... the oxygen meter was great....wonderful price...and works great tooo.! I will be back for more !!!!

The long and short of my experience with Express Medical is a good one. The site is easy to navigate, the selection is good with access to supplies that are difficult if not impossible to find elsewhere. However, while the shipping was fast, someone made an error with my shipping address and my package an extra 3 days to reach my house. I wouldn't make an issue of this but I did in fact have to pay for shipping, please make sure shipping addresses are correct next time. Good selection and prices are great, but meaningless if the product cannot reach your customers.

I bought some fr14 because you didn't have fr16. However the purchase is not on my order history. How do I order those again? The service has been good and the deliveries timely. However It is difficult to make changes to an order.
