I happened upon this Company while searching for urinary supplies. The prices were very reasonable compared with local medical supply companies - 50% less in some instances. So I placed an order. I received it in a matter of days just using there regular shipping. I was so leased that I reordered and then I found they had discounted the price further. I will be using them from now on.

Mr Kierson, We are sorry to hear that your package was not received. Have you tracked the package using Priority Mail Tracking ? and are you certain it was delivered to the front porch only to later disappear ? To protect future orders you can request "delivery on signature only". There is a small cost associated with this service but at least it would protect package delivery. You can also request for your orders to be delivered by UPS or FedEx only if you believe one of these carriers would better meet your delivery needs. I use Expressmed because they have very good prices and the site is very user friendly. I particularly like the "favorites" section where I can put the items I use and not have to search for the correct item every time I log in. I like that my orders ship free with the ground option as long as it's over $100 and delivery is prompt. I like that they use Fedex Ground they are my favorite carrier I use at work and the most reliable. I will continue using their site and recommend them frequently.

Selection is generally very good. But often 1 or more products is out of stock for several days when I order. When products are out of stock they should automatically expedite (2nd day arrival) shipment as soon as they come back in stock. Doing that would be very good service. They either haven't thought about that or don't care to provide that level of service.
