Prices are very good and fair. They are not like most of the companies out there who are third party suppliers, and therefore have to sell at inflated prices to make a profit. These folks are buying directly from the manufacture. Fast shipping also, I get my supplies within a day or two. Can't beat that combination of price and fast shipping!

Half of my order on backorder and no update

Honestly, overall it was great. But I didn't receive any email with a tracking number! It's nice to know when the package is going to arrive ahead of time. I did call customer service and was handled extremely well. In fact, the package did arrive when they said it would but it was routed to the main desk and I didn't know it was there. Nonetheless, I would definitely order from them again.

They had exactly what I needed in stock, when no other med supply company did! Fed EX messed up my shipment but Express Medical supply called and rectified the situation immediately and gave me credit for the shipping portion. The customer service people so so nice and very attentive with follow up on my shipment!
