I needed waterproof tape so I could keep my ostomy pouch dry when taking a shower. The tape was back ordered and i called customer service for help. they got right on it, called there supplier, called me back, and sent it out that day and I had it in 3 days. The customer care representative was so nice and very knowledgeable and took care of everything for me!

I have never used a product of this nature before, so I thought I would give it a try. There were no instructions on the proper way to use them included with the package. The disk package is equivalent to an 8-1/2x11" sheet of paper folded in 3rds. The 10-disk package cost $4.70, plus $8.75 shipping and handling. They could have easily shipped for the price of a 1st class (business size envelope) stamp! I won't be ordering from them any more.
