I thought the web sight had a couple glitches. You must be very specific on what you are looking for and have the correct name that this sight uses for a product. Shipping rates seem a little bit high to me, but I wanted to try this product. As a whole though I found what I wanted at a good price and received my order In a timely manner. I will use this sight again when I need supplies.

I had no problem locating the medical items I needed, placing the order on the internet, and receiving acknowledgement of the order. Pricing was competitive. The items arrived very quickly at our door and I definitely will use Express Medical Supply in the future for additional items. A very positive experience in internet ordering.

I have ordered from Ex Med a handful of times and everytime except this last order has been seamless. I would have rated a 5 but the last transaction has me irritated. My item that I needed for my son's therapy was back ordered and it took me calling to find out it flinally shipped today. Perhaps when items are not available, it could show that before the order is placed.

Ordered on a Wednesday a.m. and had it in my friend's hands Thursday. So appreciate it!
