I bought this item not for incontinence, but for the fact that they are cut similar to expensive boy shorts panties and have no binding at the legs, which are more comfortable on the incisions from my recent hip replacement surgeries. If it weren't for the high shipping fees, I would have given this site 5 stars instead of 4.

I am extremely happy with the medical supplies we received from your company. Night time was very challenging for both of us until I thought back on my husband's stay in the Trauma Unit. There, they had fitted him with a Texas condom. Four months of hospitalization later, he came home but urinary continence was still an issue. I did quite a bit of research regarding medical supplies. I found your website, placed an order and was pleasantly surprised to receive the supplies in a prompt manner. The system is working perfectly. My order was due on May 5th, and as of May 9th, I have yet to receive my order. After an 8 month hospital and rehab stay, I am preparing for my husband's return home. I need a reliable company to order from-delays such as this excludes them from my option.

In tracking your package ( tracking information displayed below) with the USPS it does display that it is "out for delivery today" 5-10-16. This does seem like a significant delay in the USPS delivery. In the future, If you need supplies quickly it might be best to request 2nd day or next day delivery. It's a good product however, it's very expensive and cheaply made. The consumer is really being ripped off because what he/she invests in this product is to much for a product that doesn't hold up for no more than one use, two if you're not performing any activities beyond lying down. It really is a good idea but needs upgrading hopefully by you or another business with a similar product.
