Kenneth We are very sorry that the products you ordered were not immediately available. We did send an e-mail the day of your order ( 6-23-16) and indicated there would be a delay of 7-10 days. This message may have gone directly to you spam filter or perhaps it was overlooked. Again our apologies for the delay. I see that the entire order is here and will ship out today July 1, 2016. Nessler was emailed the day of his order 6/23/16 that there was a backorder (12 cases of insertion trays – BAR802010) and they would ship in about 7-10 days. They are out for delivery here today, so his order will go out today 7/01/16

Martha, You should have received an email from us with your the tracking for your order. I'm so sorry you did not receive it. Your order shipped on 6/28. I have tracked your package and it is on the FedEx truck for delivery today, Thursday 6/30. I believe I just sent you the tracking email, but you can also log onto your exmed.net account and find the tracking number in order history.
