Thanks for your note. We are sorry to hear that your recent encounter was not at all satisfactory. Please let me know what image is incorrectly matched with a product we have posted on-line. It could be that the manufacturer has changed a product without notification to us. If that is the case we will want to amend it immediately. It is hard to know what product your note references since your last order was for 5 different items. Please also let us know of any item you ordered and did not receive, We will gladly ship out a replacement anytime we make a error. Helen Thanks for your feedback, sorry it was not all positive this time. I see that your package shipped using United States Postal Service "Priority Mail". We are very sorry that the items were left in an area without cover. Please call us if you would like for us to always ship by a different carrier like FedEx or UPS. We do use those carriers as well and can mark your account to always ship using a certain carrier if that may help eliminate this problem in the future.
