I was able to use my FSA for purchase which for me is a huge plus , I am disabled , getting out for a shopping trip is a major ordeal for me and my husband .Being able to order my needs at very affordable prices , Shipping cost are minimal, delivered extremely quick .. Very Easy to use online ordering and ease of use of credit card too. Mainly No hassels

So far my experience has been positive over three separate orders. Generally products are reasonably priced and orders ship fast except when products are on back order. One of my orders took a bit to ship because of this reason, but I only realized about the back order items after the order was placed - it is possible that availability information was there but not immediately obvious. Nevertheless, I was informed about the expected delay, and the order shipped as advertised.

Have ordered a couple of times. This time, one of the cups was broken. Not worth the hassle of paying money to ship a $5 cup back but it's really not acceptable. Need to pack things so they don't break. Period.

Prices are reasonable, website is user friendly, very pleased.
