Today is Monday 9/28/20 ,I ordered mepilex foam dressing on Monday 9/21/20 ,I needed this product badly and I have still not received it.I understand that they may not have control over what happens after product is shipped but I felt that when I ordered from the I would possibly get what I needed in a timely fashion as the company name is “express”.I sent an email over the weekend with no reply so it appears to only be a M-F operation as well 9/29 order not received as of yet backlogged at USPS customer service has sent me another package today,they are trying to remedy but I would suggest using a more reliable shipping method.it is appreciated that the problem is trying to be resolved but unfortunately this has caused me a decent amount of trouble as I needed this product for wound care and it would have put me in a good position healing had I received in less than 2 weeks as that appears what it will take to receive it.

I ordered this product one week ago. Was supposed to arrive on Thursday ( which was later than I anticipated). Today is Sunday and it is still not here. I will not need by the time it dies arrive.
