Overall, the company is good to deal with. They ship quickly and offer discreet packaging. But their packaging practices have caused me problems. If I order external catheters along with other items, they place the other items in the original catheter box. The catheters then get jammed back into the box (in a space smaller than the manufacturer originally intended) and some of the catheters get compressed too tightly - not good for an item that has adhesive glue rolled up in the catheter sheath. I end up throwing away some of the catheters because they won't unroll smoothly. I understand that they are trying to keep the shipping costs down by avoiding the cost of another, larger, box, but for delicate items, like external catheters, I'd rather pay more for shipping and avoid damaging some of the catheters.
