Order stalled with no follow-up
I placed my order over a week ago, and no progress has been made since. I have received no updates, and have no idea when my order will be shipped.

Nadro We are very sorry that you have not received your order yet, we did send e-mails informing you that we did not have a full case in stock but perhaps these notifications went to your spam filter. I see you are using a different name and or e-mail addresses and that too can cause confusion. We did ship out the partial case we had in stock yesterday and will ship out the rest in short order when it arrives on our dock. Do not hesitate to call us with questions. I think the product will work but I am concerned about the packaging. My intent is to purchase a case and the open box make me nervous. If you can shed some light on this issue I would be most grateful.

Jennifer Hubley, Thanks for your note. We do understand your question and concern.These items arrive in our warehouse as a Case of individual dispenser boxes. Each dispenser box is separate but not sealed. We assume this is usually a convince to clinics and physician offices who use the product in bulk.
