Return policy is difficult
Return policy is difficult. Usually companies send a return label for pickup. I had to get an RA # to return order, but have to go to the delivery company. I am in a wheelchair & the items are big & heavy. You don't make it easy

easily placed my order online at Express Medical Supply's website. Order was delivered a few days later. What I ordered was not very expensive. I have no complaints. If I ever need to order medical supplies again, I will order from Express Medical.
