Time is usually a factor for me and I receive my shipment in a very timely manner. From the time I place my order 'til it's in my mailbox is usually three to four days. It comes in a priority mail box and no one knows what's inside. This catheter situation won't last too much longer and I'm very satisfied with Express Medical Supply experience.

I've been ordering from you for over 20 years. Your prices are way lower than the competition and the shipping is very fast, usually receive within two business days. However on my last shipment I ordered some guards & they were different than the description. It described them as being 16" but when I received them they were less than 12". I can still use them although I'd just bought 2 cases of the identical product and I still have to order some of the larger guards. But in over 20 years of doing business with you this is the first time I've ever had a problem.
