I like the product

The quality of service requires improvement. I paid for 1 day shipping but due to a mixup with the company and the manufacturer I did not receive my shipment until 2 days later than initially expected. I was not notified of the delay and only found out about it when I called to track the delivery. There should be notifications sent to customers and tracking information should be given also.Due to the error on their part the company has agreed to reimburse me for the shipping cost.

Thank you for your prompt delivery, I really like this product and this service, it was easy for me to navigate through, very satisfied

They have been good to me. Keep up the good work.
