Not happy with order. No satisfaction from customer service
Sent an item.ido not normally order without checking. Found the item I do use on another site much cheaper. Will not order again from here.

You have been a customer for some time now and we would hate to say goodbye. Please do consider our frequent SALE prices as compared to our competitors and also consider the value of being able to call our customer service staff with questions and or comments. You mention a problem with customer service but your note does not identify just what problem that was. We do strive to offer great prices everyday and valuable services as well. Some companies sell through Walmart or other 3rd party vendors but any after the sale service from these companies is completely absent.
