Your website was very easy to navigate through. The product selection is ALL there, just go by the color coding. The shipment arrived quicker than expected. Your company stands out from others. If you had 10 stars, I would give you 10.

Very satisfied with the anti-embolism stockings. Have been wearing them for several years. Also received prompt service. One favor: Now that I'm a registered member, please send detailed instruction incl. password, account info. etc. so I can easily get to my account to place any future orders or ask questions concerning a product.

I will not be ordering from you in the future as your prices are out of line.

Dear Betty, We are sorry that you found our pricing structure to be "out-of-line". Your order did ship free and sometimes sites that offer lower prices do not offer free shipping. I also see that you did not order on one of our frequent SALE dates. Please do not hesitate to check back with us and evaluate our SALE prices when we might better serve your needs. Hope you visit again! We do want to help. Customer Service Express Medical Supply www.exmed.net 1-800-633-2139
