there was no warning that the Texas external catheter was so flimsy that it would not hold onto the collection bag: in use it twisted and pulled off, creating a wet mess. exmed needs to provide some guidance about what products will work together.

I still did not get what I wanted but it works. I wanted an item that was shown and explained in your video. It did not show up in your order window? I called to find out what it was and received an incorrect item number which I ordered. So now I have a chest strap that works but is not the item i wanted - so my rating is 2 stars.

This order for a complete set of weighted utensils was received in record, better-than-expected time (only 2 business days), which was GREATLY appreciated. They were very needed! The only surprise was receiving 2 soup spoons instead of 1 teaspoon and 1 soup spoon. No complaints, however, because recipient prefers soup spoon size better anyway. So convenient to order online from Montana to be shipped to Arizona. Thank you for a great deal and great service!
