Dear Mrs Callahan, It looks like you placed your order on-line at 12:20AM 1 -24-2018 and requested " Next Day " delivery. From our records, You called us that morning 1-24 -2018 and inquired about when the package would arrive. We ship out of St Louis Missouri and you are in California. Packages ordered at MN on the 24th Next Day Delivery should be expected to arrive at your location on 1-25. In fact your invoice stated that very estimated delivery date. In the discussion with you that morning it was evident that you need the supplies the Same Day not next day and we could not deliver same day service. At your request we cancelled your order and cancelled the entire transaction. The items you ordered from us look to be unrelated to your husband's gtube but were instead for external catheters. Perhaps you placed several medical supply orders from different companies and got us confused. We did not charge you for an order you cancelled prior to shipment. We also have check our old voice mail records and see no messages left for our company. We are sorry that we could not be of more help.
