My insurance would not provide me monthly critical medical devices for vacation override as I am going out of the country. I needed 3 months. I found ExMed had exactly my prescriped devices, 'single use uninary cathers'. Their cost was 80% less than my insurance provider charges. My out of pocket cost was more than easy on my pocket book. This company is my hero, including delivery in 5 days. Most grateful for EXMED. .

I contacted support about a problem and asked to arrange a return. They wrote back with an apology, told me I should contact the manufacturer, but did not acknowledge my request to return. I contacted a second time to arrange a return. 2 business days passed and they did not respond. Finally I filed a dispute with PayPal and was able to receive a refund. Poor service.

Express Medical is awesome. They have an easy to maneuver menu to access your products, and the customer service takes tour order discretely and ships your products out within a fine tuned process. But the BEST thing for me with Express Med is receiving my shipments. The people who pack your products use extreme love in packaging your products!
