Only ordered TWICE so far, but pleased with products and service!

This was an item my great grand daughter needed for her asthma.

Fast service and you have exactly what I needed.

it took longer because I didnt realize had to wait to Monday to ship.

service was fast. Previous items I ordered were great but the ostomy wrap I ordered was not of the quality I expected. Once washed it was too small and is not at all concealing. Although reasonably priced, I will not order anymore of those.

Express Med is a good solid Company, my problem is with the USPS that states my package was delivered but I have not found the parcel. am trying to find out what I can do, but keep getting put on hold with the Post office

I rely on Express Medical supply for all of our medical needs; all in express and professional manner. When necessary their support is personal. For example, once some equipment we required was on backorder. I called Express Medical and the representative assured me that he would ensure that everything was sent on time. He called variously to keep me informed of the status & delivery. I appreciated this greatly. Well done!
