We have many customers who will ship to different addresses so that nuance does not cause us to take note. box arrived days late
box arrived days late, called customer service to track package. received my package with 2 inch hole in one side and another side kicked in. First condom cat stayed on for 12 hours. Second condom stayed on for 8 hours. This is not service I wanted. A condom catheter should stay on for at least 24 hours. I will try 4 more cats before contacting customer service

Bobba5 In looking at your order I do see that you ordered on 4-11-18 we shipped your package out via USPS on 4-12-18 but it did not arrive at your address until 4-20-18. This package seems to have been misrouted by USPS as it should not normally take this long to deliver. Your description of the box condition also signals that the USPS did not handle with their normal levels of care. We would not think that the actual catheters wear-time should have been negatively impacted by rough handling. But please do let us know if they are causing problems and you can return the remainders and ship out replacements. If you do call us, please request FedEx delivery. I don’t like the new straps that I’ve been getting the first ones that I use to get that you no longer offer was 100 percent better .
