Couldn’t access account with several…unnecessary problems
Couldn’t access account with several attempts. When finally reaching my history, orders from 2016 and recent order, were not centralized but in different places. Finally required assistance to straighten out confusion. Difficulties took several weeks to resolve. This order was essential and extra time was an enormous problem with medical consequences.
